1. I’m assuming from this question you mean Ten and Rose (Nine and Rose?) moreso than Tentoo and Rose. I think on the TARDIS… raising kids would be HARD. I think it’d be a very different sort of family with a mixture of both sterness and indulgence. I doubt they could ever actually settle down. As for Tentoo and Rose, it’d be a bit different since I imagine them settling down and I don’t see them with a TARDIS in that life. I could see them leaving the kid(s) with Jackie and Pete to go on vacations together and now and then.
2. She was definitely suspicious of their relationship in “Aliens of London” and “World War Three”, but as for really realising he LOVES her… I’m not sure. Maybe The Christmas Invasion? Maybe when he brought her back after “Rise of the Cybermen”? I think it definitely worried her, because it wasn’t the life she envisioned for her daughter. But she could also see that he made her happy. She definitely treated Ten a lot better than she ever treated Nine. And vice versa!
3. In my headcanon, some of their domestic moments include movie nights in the media room (they switch off who picks the movie), having tea in the galley after an adventure, he zips up her fancy outfits for her, she trims his hair when it gets long, they invade each other’s personal space ALL. THE. TIME. I think Rose gets annoyed with him constantly bouncing on her bed to wake her up in the morning.

Rose’s breath caught. The Doctor looked nervous and unsure and he was asking her what she wanted. Her head swam. “Yes,” she blurted before her mind could even catch up. “I want, Doctor.”
